器械练习与健美课程简介

  器械练习与健美是面向一、二年级本科生开设的体育必修课。健美运动是一项通过徒手或各种器械,运用专门的动作方式和方法进行锻炼,以发达肌肉、增长体力、改善形体和陶冶情操为目的的体育运动项目。

  课程内容主要包括目标肌肉锻炼的目的,动作名称及设计原理,运动过程中的身体位置、姿态,运动幅度与轨迹,易犯错误与纠正、呼吸、频率,以及目标肌肉群的主动伸展与被动伸展方法。

  通过健美教学,使学生了解健美锻炼对人体机能、形体塑造产生的积极作用和意义,掌握健美锻炼的基本技术、练习方法,循序渐进地增加肌肉力量,正确掌握练习的运动量,培养针对个人具体情况合理安排运动负荷、制订训练计划的能力;充分认识健美运动对促进身体健康的积极作用,培养学生自觉、进行健美锻炼的意识以及克服困难和挑战自我的意识品质。

  

  The Course Description of Stairmasters Practice and Body Building

  Stairmasters practice and body building is the compulsory public subject for the freshman and sophomore. Body building is a kind of sport exercising through bare hands or varieties of equipment with professional action mode, aiming at acquiring muscles, building up strength, improving body shape and calculating sentiments.

  The contents of the course mainly include the aims of exercising the target muscle, the action names as well as the design principles, the body positions and gestures in the process of exercising, the motion amplitude and movement, the pitfalls and the corrections, the breathing and frequency as well as the methods of the target muscle groups’ active stretch and passive stretch.

  Body building teaching helps students understand the positive effects and significance on body functioning and body shape of body building exercise, and help them grasp the basic skills and practice methods. Moreover, students will know that they should increase muscles power gradually and master the exercise correctly. This course aims to cultivate their skills to arrange the sports loading and make training plans reasonably according to individual concrete condition. In addition, this course aims to make students realize the benefits it brings to our health, and improve the students awareness that they should do body building exercise and their ability to overcome the difficulties and to meet the challenges.
