散手课程简介

散手是面向本科生二年级开设的体育课必修课;散打也叫散手,古时称之为相搏、手搏、技击等,简单而言就是两人徒手面对面地打斗。散打是国标武术一个主要的表现形式,以踢、打、摔、拿四大技法为主要进攻手段。还有防守、步法等技术。散打也是现代体育运动项目之一,双方按照规则,利用踢、打、摔等攻防战术进行徒手搏击、对抗。散打是中国传统武术的擂台形式,也是中国武协为了使武术能够与现代体育运动相适应所整理而成。

散手是武术的擂台形势式,套路则为武术的表演形式。本课程的理论部分主要是散手运动的起源、发展、内容、分类、特点和作用;实践部分主要包括:散打的学习与练习。 

本课程的重点是掌握散手的技术动作,在此基础上,提高学生对防身自卫的能力,同时增强学生的反应能力、动作速度、柔韧性、协调性、等多项身体素质,培养学生顽强向上,勇敢奋进,百折不挠的精神。

The Course Description of the Sanda

Sanda, also called Sanshou, and known as fighting, is a compulsory course for undergraduate students in the second grade. In short, it refers to that two persons fight face to face with bare hands. Sanda is a major form of international martial arts, which uses kicking, hitting, throwing and fetching as the main means of attack, along with defense, footwork and other skills. In addition, Sanda is also one of the modern sports, in which the two sides make use of kicking, hitting, throwing and other attack and defense tactics to confront with each other based on the rules. Besides, Sanda is a arena form of traditional Chinese martial arts, as a result of the consideration of The Chinese Wushu Association to make the martial arts adapt to modern sports .

Sanshou is the arena form of wushu, and whushu routine is the performing form of wushu. The theoretical part of this course is to learn the origin, development, content, classification, characteristics and function of Sanshou, and the practice part mainly includes the training of Sanshou.

The focus of this course is to master the skills of Sanshou, and on this basis, to improve students' ability to self-defense, strengthen their response competence, movement speed, flexibility, coordination and other physical quality, as well as cultivate positive, brave, progressive and indomitable spirit.
